STEP 1: DETACHMENT
Gently pull the lower tray to separate it from the central part.

STEP 2: ADJUSTMENT
Choose desired tray advancement and align the four pins with corresponding holes on the central part.

Press the tray firmly against the central part until securely attached without gaps.

STEP 4: FITTING
Allow both teeth to settle into both upper and lower trays; lower jaw should be positioned slightly forward.
